We define together with the customer a roadmap to implement or improve CRM processes. We define with our customers business requirements for a CRM solution.
- Technical Consulting
We assess existing IT environment regarding CRM capabilities. We identify the gaps and areas for improvement from a technical perspective to match the business requirements and goals. We work out an IT roadmap. We prepare the integration steps for a CRM solution.
We are also assessing data quality topics and prepare concepts for you to improve the quality of your data and transform them to valuable business information, especially solutions for address data cleansing, de-duplication and matching have been already several times deployed.
- Project Management
We work out together with the customer time plans to meet his goals on the time line. We track and communicate the status of work. We handle changes. We manage the project budget.
- Campaign Creation & Management
We have a skilled team, which is able to derive from your goals the right marketing campaigns including the right communication over the different channels.
